Axionis Cyber is a Belgian consultancy based in Liège, founded in late 2023, focused on becoming 100% OT/ICS by 2029. In the meantime, IT (IAM, ISMS, NIST) remains active — that dual experience feeds the OT practice.

OT — core practice

Design and deployment of IEC 62443 zones & conduits architectures: industrial DMZ, dedicated Active Directory, network segmentation, IACS hardening. The work happens with automation and operations teams, on site, during maintenance windows — not in conference rooms.

IT

Governance engagements (ISO 27001:2022, NIS2, NIST SP 800-53), group IAM (AD, Entra, PAM, ~150k accounts), Microsoft Purview DLP and security awareness.

Commitment

Every deliverable is named at scoping (HLD/LLD, risk register, remediation plan, campaign report…) with a delivery date. No solution resale — recommendations don't depend on any vendor.

OT 2029Today roughly 50/50 OT/IT. Target: 100% OT/ICS within 5 years.
